Pugma Ho : Here's a selection of song's from the third lineup of Pugma Ho recorded live during rehearsals in a dank dingy Derby cellar lined with mattresses and not enough headroom to stand, on a basic mono cassette player during the early 1970's, with Pete Greaves - Guitar / Vocal's, Mel Lewis - Bass and  Keith Gotheridge - Drums.

1976 : Since the Pugma Ho 1973 lineup, the band saw various changes to the lineup with Charlie - Bass, Richopino Ricardo - Bass, Allan ??? - Keyboards / Vocals, Spike Milller - Bass, Sam Samways - Bass, Neil Wright - Bass and Sam Kenny - Keyboards. Sam only did one gig with Pugma Ho, when Keith Gotheridge left the band to join The Darts ?, it was decided that a name change was in order,  initially The P Green Band and later Heavy Duty made up of members Neil Wight - Bass, Sam Kenny - Keyboards, Geof Meakin - Drums and Pete Greaves - Guitar / Vocals. Below are a few recordings done by the reformed 2003 lineup of the band with Jim Price on Bass and also vocals for Silk Mill Bulge, sadly Neil had died at the age of forty.
